HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT:
1. Check your inbox for an email from chelsie@groundedmovement.co. All three PDFs are attached — the Floor Reset workbook, the Floor Test, and the Barefoot Shoe Guide. If it's not there within five minutes, check spam.
2. Open the Floor Test first. Take it now, before you open the program. Score all three factors and write your total on page 3 of the Floor Reset workbook. This is your Day 1 baseline. Without it, the Day 30 re-test means nothing.
3. Tomorrow morning, before anything else, go to Practice 1A in Week 1. Two minutes. Barefoot. That's how the program starts.
